Refund Policy – Team FTDS

If the gear doesn’t match your grind, we’ll fix it—within reason. Returns exist to solve real problems, not enable indecision. Fuck the dumb shit, including abusing the system.

Return window

  • You can request a return within 21 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. After 21 days, the sale is locked in.

    Return eligibility
    To qualify for a return:
    Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • No stains, odors, sweat, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair
  • All original tags and packaging attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

If an item comes back looking lived-in, not tried-on, it will be denied and returned to you or discarded without refund.

Final sale items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective):

  • Underwear or similar intimate apparel
  • Socks
  • Gift cards
  • Marked “Final Sale” or heavily discounted clearance items

Final sale will be clearly labeled on the product page and/or at checkout.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you can choose:

  • Refund to original payment method: minus original shipping
    and any applicable return label fee.
  • Store credit (when offered): may include perks like waived
    return shipping or a little extra value for staying loyal to the
    brand.

Original shipping costs are non‐refundable, unless we sent the wrong item or a product arrived damaged due to our mistake.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

If the product is right but the size or color isn’t, we encourage exchanges over refunds.

  • Exchanges are allowed within the same 21-day window, subject to stock availability.
  • Items must meet the same condition rules as returns.
  • If your requested size/color is sold out, we’ll offer a refund or store credit under the same rules as above.

How to start a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Go to our Returns section (or contact us via the email listed on the site).
  2. Include your order number and reason (size, fit, damage, etc.).
  3. Follow the instructions provided, including any prepaid label or shipping address.

Depending on your location and the reason:

  • We may provide a prepaid label and deduct a flat fee from your refund, or
  • You may be responsible for return shipping, except for damaged/incorrect items.

Damaged or incorrect items

If we mess up, we own it.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund (including original shipping where appropriate).
  • In some cases, you may not need to send the item back; if you do, we’ll cover the return label.

Chargebacks & abuse

Fraudulent claims or obvious abuse of our policies (e.g., repeated “lost” packages, worn returns) may result in order cancellation, account restriction, and disputes of chargebacks using proof of delivery and communication records.
