Products & availability

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order—for example, multiple orders from the same customer, card, or shipping address. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including email address and payment details, and to promptly update your account so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

User behavior & community conduct

We don’t tolerate hateful, abusive, or harassing behavior toward our team or community. We may, at our discretion, cancel orders, restrict accounts, or refuse future service to individuals who engage in such behavior, while still honoring applicable refund obligations.
