Shipping Policy – Team FTDS

You handle the work in the gym; FTDS handles getting your gear to your door—no fluff, no excuses.

Processing times

  • Orders typically process in 1–3 business days before shipping.
  • During high-volume drops, launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but the goal is always to move fast.

Shipping times & methods

Once shipped, typical transit times within the United States are:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited options (if available at checkout): usually 2–3
    business days. These timeframes are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and
    peak seasons can impact actual delivery dates, which are outside of our control.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping over a certain order value (for example, “Free shipping on orders over $50”). Any active promo will be clearly communicated on-site or in campaigns.

Shipping areas

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including most contiguous states).
  • Any restrictions (such as certain PO boxes, APO/FPO, or territories) will be listed at checkout if applicable.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. It’s your responsibility to track the shipment and be available to receive it or retrieve it promptly.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or severely delayed, contact the carrier first and then reach out to us with your order and tracking numbers.
  • We’ll help you open an investigation, but final decisions rest with the carrier, and we are not responsible for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.

Wrong address at checkout

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the order ships, we are not responsible for non-delivery or mis-delivery, and any reshipment may require additional payment.
